By using Quidly ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Using the App
You get a personal licence to use Quidly on Apple devices you own. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
Subscriptions
- Quidly's core features are free to use — logging your spending and income in a few taps, your transaction history, this month's overview, and exporting your data as a spreadsheet. Every new user also gets a 3-day free trial of the full Pro experience.
- Extra features (budgets, week and year statistics, recurring bills, and multiple accounts) need an auto-renewing Quidly Pro subscription. The exact price is shown in the App before you buy.
- The trial needs no payment up front and does not auto-charge. When it ends you keep the free features; subscribe any time to unlock Pro again.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Everything you enter stays on your iPhone and belongs to you. Delete the App (or use "Clear all my data" in Settings) and it's gone for good — we have no servers and can't see or recover it. See our Privacy Policy.
No financial advice
Quidly is a budgeting tool, not financial, tax, or investment advice. Your money decisions are your own.
As-is
The App is provided "as is", without guarantees, and we're not responsible for any loss from using it, as far as the law allows.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the App or its support. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them, and if the App fails to meet any applicable warranty you can notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any).
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change.
