How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple Account at the top → Subscriptions → Quidly → Cancel Subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account to request one.
How do I add a transaction?
Tap the Add tab, choose Expense, Income or Transfer, type the amount, pick a category, and tap Save. It takes a couple of taps.
Does my data sync across devices?
Not yet — Quidly stores everything locally on your iPhone, and nothing is sent to a server. You can export a spreadsheet copy anytime (Settings → Save as a spreadsheet) to back up or move your data.
Can you see my transactions?
No. Quidly stores everything on your iPhone. We have no servers and no access to your data.
How do I export my transactions?
Settings → Save as a spreadsheet (it's free). The file is generated on your device and shared via the iOS share sheet, so you choose where it goes (email, Files app, etc.).
What happens if I delete the app?
The data on that iPhone is removed, and there's no cloud backup — so save a spreadsheet copy first (Settings → Save as a spreadsheet) if you want to keep it.
I forgot to subscribe and lost my Pro features — what now?
Open Quidly → tap any locked Pro feature → on the paywall, tap “Restore” at the top. Apple will re-link your active subscription.
Is there a Mac, iPad, Android or Web version?
Not yet. Quidly is iPhone-only for now.
Do you share my data with anyone?
No. We don't have a server, we don't use analytics, and we don't share anything. Everything stays on your iPhone.
