How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple Account at the top → Subscriptions → Quidly → Cancel Subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account to request one.
Why isn't the AI typing feature showing up?
The natural-language AI feature needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro, 16 series, or later) running iOS 18 or newer. On older devices, you can still add transactions manually — just tap the Add tab and fill in the amount and category.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes, if you are signed into iCloud on each iPhone with the same Apple Account. Sync happens automatically through your private iCloud space. We never see your data.
Can you see my transactions?
No. Quidly stores everything on your iPhone. If iCloud sync is on, the encrypted copy goes to your own private iCloud space. We have no servers and no access to your data.
How do I export my transactions?
Settings → Data → Export to CSV. The file is generated on your device and shared via the iOS share sheet, so you choose where it goes (email, Files app, etc.).
What happens if I delete the app?
The local data on that iPhone is removed. If you had iCloud sync on, the iCloud copy stays until you choose “Delete Everything” from Settings → Data while the app is still installed.
I forgot to subscribe and lost my Pro features — what now?
Open Quidly → tap any locked Pro feature → on the paywall, tap “Restore” at the top. Apple will re-link your active subscription.
Is there a Mac, iPad, Android or Web version?
Not yet. Quidly is iPhone-only for now.
Do you share my data with anyone?
No. We don't have a server, we don't use analytics, and we don't share anything. Everything stays on your iPhone or in your own iCloud.
