The short version

Quidly does not collect any of your data. Everything stays on your iPhone.

What Quidly stores on your device

• Your transactions
• Your accounts and categories
• Your monthly budget
• Your app settings

If you are signed into iCloud, this same data is synced to your own private iCloud space. Only you can access it. We cannot see it.

What Quidly does not collect

• Your name
• Your email
• Your location
• Your contacts, photos, or any other personal data
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics or crash reports

AI features

If your iPhone supports Apple Intelligence, Quidly uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models to parse the sentences you type. This happens on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server.

Subscriptions

Quidly Pro is handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

Resetting or deleting your data

• Settings → Reset App — clears data on this device.
• Settings → Delete Everything — clears data on this device and your iCloud copy.

Children

Quidly is intended for users aged 13 and over.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the date at the top will be updated.
